To make things easier for everyone, I have decided to offer a flat rate postage fee of £2.50 per order to the UK, £4.50 to Europe and £9.50 to the rest of the World.
We aim to process your order within 3 working days of receiving payment.
I want you to be happy with your order from Flame Proof Moth but if something is awry I can offer a refund, as long as the item is returned to me in its original saleable condition within 14 days of you placing the order. You will need to send it back to me clearly stating the reason for the refund. You will also need to ask the post office for a “proof of postage” and make sure you hold onto this until I have safely received the item. I recommend that you post things to us as securely as possible so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until I receive it. Please note though that I can’t reimburse the postage cost of returning it to us.
On receipt of the returned item please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Your refund will be the cost of the item MINUS the postage that you originally paid to me.

In the unlikely event that the item was broken or damaged when you received it, please take a photo and email it to me: firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then decide if you need to return it to me or not and whether I will send out another item free of charge. If the item is no longer in stock I will refund the cost of the original item minus the original postage paid. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If you would like a different item then you must place a new order. If I request that you return the faulty item then you must do so before a replacement or refund is sent to you. As stated above, I can’t reimburse the postage cost of you returning it to me.
